"A simple, quaint, somewhat hidden hotel with a motel feel. The hotel was good for the price, significantly less expensive than other hotels in the area. The staff were helpful, in particular the front desk staff were very friendly, helpful and responsive. One member of the front desk staff, Rehna, was a joy to interact with and went out of her way to make my stay more comfortable and convenient. The room was clean with a simple set up. "This is a very nice hotel in Kailua-Kona, Hawai’i. Our room was large and very clean, with comfy beds, large bathroom, a sitting/working area, small dining area, and a small coffee station. The coffee station had a kurig coffee machine, small sink, microwave, and a refrigerator. This allowed us to store/prepare simple quick meals when we didn’t feel like going out to eat. "We asked for and were told we had late checkout at 2:00. They couldn’t accommodate 4:00, but for a fee could do 2:00. I okayed the fee. We got back from our massage in our last day and were locked out. We wasted 30 minutes of our paid for extra time to go down to the front desk to get it straightened out. The when we were back in the room a housekeeper walked in on me- naked , just out of the shower. Not the best way to end our trip. "
