  • Located in Waikoloa Village along the Kohala Coast—30 minutes from Kona Airport—this spacious 1,200 sq. ft., 2-bedroom, 2-bath villa with a loft sits on the 9th fairway of the Robert Trent Jones Jr. Golf Course.

    Highlights & Amenities:

    Living Space: Open-concept layout with 18’ cathedral ceilings, floor-to-ceiling windows, and direct views of the tiled lanai and lush grounds.

    Bedrooms: Private upstairs loft master suite with a king bed and en-suite bath. Main-floor guest bedroom features a queen bed plus a full/twin bunk bed.

    Kitchen & Dining: Fully equipped kitchen with quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, basic spices, and seating for 9 (4 at the breakfast bar, 5 at the dining table).

This condo was great for our needs. We were a group of 5 women and we all slept comfortably. The kitchen was well furnished and the beds were comfortable. Everything was very clean. The only - very minor - additions would be a teapot or electric kettle for tea and some additional hooks in the bathrooms.

Great place to stay.

We wanted a nice, quiet, family place with greenery and a short drive to the things we wanted to do which was mostly snorkling and hanging out at Beach 69. This place was perfect and the host was super nice and helpful.

BBQ at the pool area and in condo was great.We had some 8 people for dinner and was enjoyed by all. Quite time at pool is different then townhouse. Rules are strictly enforced.

Everything You Need in Great Location

Thoughtfully equipped unit in great location. We could not ask for anything more and will be back! View from lanai is excellent for watching sunsets.

Waikoloa vacation

This property is lovely and well equipped. We were able to make most of our own food there, and we appreciated the various other supplies that were available to help make the most of our beach time.

Great place in Waikoloa

This property is as described. It had everything our family needed for a wonderful vacation. The pool was a short walk from the condo, which we frequented after exploring the island during the day.

Awesome place

This place has everything you’d need to make your trip complete. Beach items, snorkeling, pool and it’s close to everything. The market is a short drive to town. The beach is about 20 mins away. Shops are close. We loved staying here. Five stars easily.

Hawaiin Family Getaway

Absolutely Beautiful! Great for a large family, easy access to amenities, added touches for days out of excursions, and wonderful for relaxing days to stay in. Everything we needed was there. We couldn't have asked for a more perfect experience! 10/10 Highly Recommend 👌

Excellent

We we’re family of 4. 2 kids this was perfect. I really appreciated the cleanliness and well stock kitchen. The unit is more impressive than pictures with high wooden ceilings. We had dinners on the deck with a sunset view. Short drive to hanpuna beach which is the best beach on this island. It’s shallow and safe for kid’s

Excellent stay!

Spacious, well stocked for the beach, clean, close to amenities, beautiful sunsets. The only negative was this unit does not have air conditioning. It gets extremely warm at night 28+ in the rooms even with fan circulation and wind flow from outside. Hard with young children under 5 but Cools down around 2am. Other than that, it was a beautiful updated unit and the host was quick to respond with great communication. I highly recommend this unit.

Clean, well-stocked home with anything you might need!

We were very happy with our stay in this home! The house was very clean and cozy, and I really appreciated how well stocked it was with any useful items one might need! They had beach gear, plenty of towels, including beach towels, blankets, pillows, kitchen essentials, you name it! The host was easy to work with, and very responsive. Check-out procedures were very simple. The home was only about a 15 minute drive to the nearest beaches, and it was on a nice, quaint, golf course with nearby grocery, and a couple of restaurants, if you don’t want to make the 30 minute drive to Kona. There is a shared community pool in the backyard, with a hot tub and nice covered area with community BBQ grills, refrigerator, sink, and counter space, and tables to enjoy dinner outdoors/pool time together with the family.

Seems like an okay place

Got to the property. Strange smell throughout the property. Property itself was fine. A bit dated. Be aware there is no a/c and it gets warm. Lots of fans but they can only do so much. Informed property manager of smell and that we had to find alternate arrangements. He took that as an insult, very defensive, didn’t even say sorry that we found the smell quite bad. Oh well.

Beautiful condo close to great beaches

We loved this place! Well appointed & well decorated, with lots of thoughtful additions, this condo was by far one of the nicest we’ve ever been to. The grounds were beautiful as well, with a nice pool & hot tub, and it was a great launching pad for the awesome Kohala beaches a short drive away. The owner & property manager were very friendly and communicative as well. We hope to stay here again someday!

Clean and comfortable place

Our family really enjoyed our stay. Very clean and comfortable, it was nice to have the pool on the property. Checking in and out was easy. It was easy to communicate when we needed to reach out. There was no AC and it was hot but the abundance of the fans made it easier to deal with. Thank you so much for the hospitality!

Home away from home

What a lovely place to call home while in Hawaii! The condo was fully stocked with items needed for the kitchen, bathroom and fun on the beach. We could watch our own Netflix on the smart TV, swim in the beautiful pool, and make our own family dinners together. It was beautiful, peaceful, and truly ideal. Thank you, Gregory for everything. We would return in a heartbeat - and next time get all the dates correct! :)
