"Stop asking so many questions otherwise people will stop doing reviews"

"Love the location! Close to train station and everything. Love the private onsen."

"We booked a Japanese room 25sqm Non Smoking room which was delightful with a good view with mountains in the back ground which was still stunning even on a rainy cloudy day. Breakfast was Japanese style which was adequate. The Hotel is a bit out of town a 30 minute walk along the path which follows the river, you can catch the local shuttle bus from the train station to the sister Hotel Okada just remember to check the the time tables as they finish early as does the town itself. The Hotel has a...

I asked if an attendant could call a local clinic to find out if they could see me for an urgent eye issue. No matter how I explained my request, I couldn’t get anyone to call or explain why they wouldn’t. I’ve used Google Translate in other cities in Japan, but here it only caused confusion. I ended up wasting an hour and a half...

"Quiet, and peaceful with a friendly staff,"

"The Onsen (hot spring facilities) was fantastic, especially after a long journey. Breakfast and dinner buffet were excellent. Mostly Japanese food but there are a few choices for those who don't like Japanese food. For me, the meals were great. Sushi, Sashimi, lots of different choices. A true test of Japan. Never had the same thing twice as there were too many choices. Not to mention they had beer, sake and some other alcohols available as part of the buffet. Didn't see anyone abusing...
