"We are a family of 4 returning from a 5night stay at Mitsis Alila and had a great time. The facilities are are good and food in the al a carte restaurants were really delicious. The food at the buffet restaurant is a bit bland and boring but we were able to book the a la carte restaurants quite easily. The 1st night we were given a room near one of the adult bars which was noisy until about 2am but once we reported this to reception, they immediately changed our room and gave us a room upgrade which was really appreciated. Would definitely return here again in the future. "

The service has been excellent every time, from the reception and all the lovely ladies greeting us, to the rooms, the facilities are top notch. Generally, i would recommend this stunning hotel if you want some peace and quiet with a pinch of style. Well done to all at the hotel and the management for making out trip a memorable one.
