good selection of cocktails and food included throughout the day -the pizza and gyros stalls were a particular highlight! would be nice to have more than one pool available to all guests as it is quite a large hotel. not enough sunbeds available as a lot of guests taking over large groups of beds and then not using them... overall a good experience, great fun and the staff were very nice. if you are looking for a quiet and relaxing time by the pool, there are a lot of families and children staying here so quiet is not how I would describe the pool area!

Basic all inclusive. No food after 9 pm. No late breakfast as advertised. Some drinks and coffee had to be paid for. Swimming pool very cold and jacuzzi did not work. No tea or coffee served with breakfast to the table. 3 star plus or 4 star in reality.

Our stay at the Lydia Maris in Rhodes was very nice. The staff at the hotel are very welcoming, friendly and helpful. This includes staff at the front desk, restaurants, bars and the pool staff. They always greeted us with a smile and were alway happy to have a chat. It’s location is in reach of lots of shops and it has a very good reliable bus service to some of the nearby tourist attractions. It’s a lovely hotel but I don’t feel it offers all the facilities of a 5 star hotel as there was no access to an iron, extra fees charged to use the safe. The rooms are a bit dated and need to be modernised but other than that a lovely hotel.

Very disappointed with the supposed 5 star hotel. The bed linen was dirty and there was hair everywhere in the bathroom when we arrived. You didn't want to sleep with the duvet because it wasn't clean. The toilet is really old and some of the toilet bowls are already broken. The food is not good at all. Sometimes they gave you frozen baguettes to serve. The food was old and often ice cold. Drinks come in plastic cups which are just rinsed out and not cleaned properly.

L'hôtel est annoncé comme un 5 étoiles, il n'en est rien, il devrait avoir 3 étoiles maximum. La piscine est bien trop petite pour le nombre de vacanciers, les transats sont alignés les uns à côté des autres tout autour de la piscine sans espace, sans intimité, il y a du monde partout, trop de monde dans la piscine. L'espace terrasse du soir n'est pas ventilé et les chaises et tables en plastique n'ont rien d'un 5 étoiles. Les lits ne sont pas du tout confortables. L'insonorisation entre les chambres est à revoir. Les coffres-fort dans les chambres sont payants ( (20€ par séjour). En revanche, un point très positif, le restaurant, les buffets sont copieux, variés et les produits sont d'excellente qualité. Les pizzas faites sur place dans le jardin sont également très bonnes. Le personnel du restaurant est adorable, ce qui n'est pas le cas du personnel à la réception. Le parking est trop petit et on ne trouve pas toujours de la place.

Hotellet står med 5 stjerner (både hos HOTELS.com i hotellets egen markedsføring), men det svarer nærmere til et 2 eller 3 stjernet hotel. Det er helt helt basic, så forvent ikke mere af hverken værelset, maden (all inclusive), servicen, wifi mv.

La dame de l accueil nous a proposé de manger avant que le resto ne ferme, et faire notre enregistrement après, ce qui etait tres prevenant de sa part Personnel tres souriant et au petit soin Les repas sont assez variés a part les desserts (ce qui est peut etre tres français..lol) Les soirees sont un peu simplistes, pas de spectacles cela nous a manqué On a passé un excellent sejour dans cet hotel

Sofort nach unserer Ankunft feststellen, das das Hotelrestaurant nicht einem 5 Sterne Standard entspricht. Die Tische waren nicht eingedeckt. Man musste sich sein Besteck selbst organisieren. Die Theken waren sehr dreckig. Das Essen wurde unliebsam zubereitet. Das Buffet wurde nicht mehr nachgefüllt. Um 20 Uhr waren die Teller ausgegangen. Die Nachtische waren nach 30 Minuten vergriffen und wurden nicht mehr nach gefüllt. Leider war sehr oft das Essen kalt. Am Speisesaal hängt ein Schild, das wenn das Essen einem zu kalt ist, soll mann die Mikrowelle benützen. Die schmutzigen Teller wurden nicht vom Tisch abgeräumt. Eine komplette Selbstorganisation war nötig. Zum Frühstück gab es keine Servierten und die Kaffeetassen sind ausgegangen. Das Nachmittags Küchenbüffet bestand aus einem trockenen Fertigkuchen. Auch gab es nicht wie beschrieben, 3 verschiedene Restaurant. Das Restaurant war sehr schmutzig. Rabenähnliche Große Vögel haben im offenen Restaurant Bereich starken Schmutz hinterlassen. Live Cooking war ab Dienstag nicht mehr gemacht worden. Auf eine Beschwerde beim Hotelmanager, hieß es, der hätte am Dienstag gekündigt. Leider hat sich der schreckliche Zustand über die ganze Woche erstreckt. Das Hotel hat keinen eigenen Strand. Der Strand war mindestens 20 Minuten Fußweg entfernt. Badehandtücher für den Schwimingpool sind morgens um 10 Uhr nicht mehr vorhanden gewesen. Der Pool war so kalt, das man sich eine Erkältung holen konnte. Keine Kosmetik Artikel auf dem Zimmer.

Un établissement qui équivaut tout juste à un trois étoiles, on est à des années lumières du cinq étoiles. Je mets 4 étoiles au personnel car les femmes de ménage, le personnel du restaurant et les barmens sont chaleureux et très professionnels en revanche le personnel de la réception est très froid et malaimable. L’animation est quasiment inexistante. L’environnement de l’hôtel n’est pas incroyable mais bien desservi par plusieurs lignes de bus. La plage à proximité de l’hôtel (7-8 minutes) ne vaut vraiment pas le détour. Pas de bagagistes pour un 5*! un ventilateur qui fait office de climatisation dans le cabanon de sport, tables et chaise en plastique bon marché ….quant aux repas c’est frais, un peu redondant mais ça passe exception faite du jus d’orange (tang très dilué) du matin qui est juste imbuvable!

Posto magnifico , la stanza Deluxe con pisciana in comune è bellissima . All inclusive ottimo con pizza favolosa , Grande Teo !! Una pecca il cibo del ristorante , ma come immaginavo non per italiani , ma ci si può comunque adattare . Comunque consigliato

This is not a 5 star property. This is closer to 3 star. The ‘arcade’ area is non existent, the rooms are dated and uncomfortable. Our first room was disgusting so had to pay €250 for a slightly better room. The food is repetitive, entertainment is limited. The hotel is very basic and the resort is small and hard to fill your days. I would not recommend this hotel.

Pro: Essen gut und abwechslungsreich. Pizzaofen und Gyrosstand ideal, damit man nachmittags außerhalb der normalen Essenszeiten nicht verhungert. Unterkunft sehr sauber, Reinigungsteam kam jeden Tag In fußläufiger Strandnähe, es gibt allerdings schönere Strände auf der Insel als den in Kolymbia. Anlage ist weitläufig und gepflegt mit einer großzügig bemessenen Poollandschaft. Bushaltestelle direkt vor dem Hotel, wenn man die Insel nicht mit eigenem Auto entdecken möchte. Größtenteils kinderfreundlich, Animation unaufdringlich. Wenn man keine Lust hat, sich am Programm zu beteiligen, wird man auch in Ruhe gelassen. Das Personal ist freundlich. Contra: Die Aufteilung des Familienzimmers hat uns nicht gefallen. Der zweite Raum ist sehr klein und hatte kein Fenster. D.h. für frische Luft muss man dann doch die Verbindungstür zwischen den Zimmern geöffnet lassen. Das Abendprogramm ist sehr laut und von überall aus gut zu hören. Es war schwer vor 23 Uhr Ruhe zu finden. Das ist besonders schwierig, wenn man mit kleineren Kindern reist. Morgens ist es dann die Müllabfuhr, die für den Geräuschpegel sorgt, wenn man ein Zimmer in der Nähe des Müllraums hat. Es gibt zu wenig hoteleigene Parkplätze. Softdrinks waren nicht gut, vermutlich Sirup mit Leitungswasser, viel zu süß und leichte Salznote. Das Hotel hat nicht vor jedem Zimmer einen kleinen Pool. Das wird auf der Expedia Seite falsch angegeben.
