"Absolutely amazing, brilliant staff, food & hotel! We upgraded our room to a suite on arrival as the smaller rooms are pretty small & dark, definitely would do this on arrival it’s €25/30 a night. The only problem is the sunbeds. They get taken by 9am & staff removed belongings on random days which can be an issue, doesn’t seem to be enough sunbeds for the guests at the hotel. I couldn’t recommended the staff and food highly enough, will defo be returning!! "

"We are a family of 4 returning from a 5night stay at Mitsis Alila and had a great time. The facilities are are good and food in the al a carte restaurants were really delicious. The food at the buffet restaurant is a bit bland and boring but we were able to book the a la carte restaurants quite easily. The 1st night we were given a room near one of the adult bars which was noisy until about 2am but once we reported this to reception, they immediately changed our room and gave us a room upgrade which was really appreciated. Would definitely return here again in the future. "

"The best hotel we have ever stayed in so far. Walking around the hotel the grounds are beautiful, the room was lovely - we paid for the cheapest room and ended up with a gorgeous sea view! Food was the best. We went all inclusive and the lunch and snacks were like restaurant food, not your typical lunch buffet/quick snacks you normally get at an all inclusive. The breakfast was also very nice. The buffet dinner was good, but there wasn’t much variety of meat. We did only eat there one night though, so perhaps the variety was less limited other days. The room service breakfast was amazing. The room service and the mini bar was all completely free - which isn’t usually the case for many all inclusives, there’s usually a few extra charges. The drinks were proper drinks, very well made, not too weak or strong like most all inclusives do. Private beach with comfy sun loungers, sun loungers around the pool were comfy. There was a lot of pools to choose from and you could always get a sun bed. Complimentary beach bag and towels. Not much walkable outside of the hotel but both Rhodes town and Lindos are very easy and quick to get to by car or bus. Perfect hotel if you’re into your wood / neutral decor, love good food and drinks and relaxing. Would 100% recommend and we will be back. "

"Modern friendly hotel. Comfortable beds, the cleanest hotel I have ever stayed in. Just a couple of minutes walk to the sea and excellent restaurants nearby. The hotel breakfast buffet has lots of choice and is very good quality. We did have dinner one evening but would recommend you eat in the local restaurants instead. Overall an excellent hotel for a Rhodes Town visit. Would definitely stay there again. "

"Amazing hotel and incredible staff! This was my first family holiday and the staff were really friendly and accommodating from beginning till the end. I made a mistake with my room bid by selecting an automatic upgrade. We got to check in and because I wasn’t informed that the bid had been accepted I thought it hadn’t gone through. The staff kindly explained the situation and rather than make a big fuss they allowed us to upgrade for free!! The facilities in the hotel are amazing and the bar staff (where I spent most of my time lol) are really courteous. By the end of it they knew me by name and the holiday felt wholesome! I will definitely be returning and I will definitely be exploring their partner hotels. Thank you to Kiki and the reception team on 07.05.25; incredibly hospitable staff!! "
