"A very nice and comfortable hotel with excellent grounds. Front desk staff were really friendly and helpful. The food was ok but we waited 2 hours for our meal and it was quite expensive. Breakfast buffet was excellent with a good variety of good quality food but again, it was really busy and we had to eat in the bar. Pool facilities are good but limited to 1 hour slots."

"We came here as I’m sure many do as a base for our Alton Towers adventures. The accommodation is basic but perfectly suited for this. After all we just needed a comfortable place for our family of four (inc. teenagers) to rest, wash and eat breakfast. Service was friendly and efficient. "Staff were wonderful, but we had an executive room that was in a poor state of repair to the point that the fire safety information had to be reattached to the door. The list of defects were really high from holes in the carpet mismatched furniture door strip on the bathroom door coming off to name only a few. If this was an executive room the mind boggles what the standard room must be like."

Very nice 4 star hotel
"Extremely nice modern hotel with excellent staff. Hotel is in great condition and our room was spotless and comfortable. Breakfast was good but the restaurant was very busy by 9am on Sunday morning. Had to queue for 5/10 minutes for a table and unfortunately it was right next to the kitchen and food counter so not as peaceful as the rest of our stay. Would recommend this hotel "
