This was a business trip and I only chose this place due to the fact it was really close to where I was going the following morning... what a great surprise. Comfortable accommodation, sensible cost and a fantastic breakfast in the morning. This is not like your typical chain-hotels. Much more personal and friendly for sure and run by a family, so if you're staying in these parts of the country you should definitely support-local and get yourself in here.

We stayed for two nights as we attended a wedding close by. We stayed in ‘Sycamore’ and the room and bathrooom were lovely - the bathroom had a shower and a bath. The rooms look out over a courtyard and although non-guests can use this area, it was surprisingly quiet. Special mention has to go to the staff and the breakfast, both of which were exceptional.

This was a gem of a find. Charlie and all the staff were amazing. Breakfast was delicious and the staff on the service were so friendly. The room was beautifully appointed and the bed was really comfy.

A fantastic stay, we were made very welcome and the room was incredibly comfortable. Huge bathroom, akin to staying in a palace! Breakfast was amazing (we didn't need lunch!), and the service was top-notch; we can't fault it. Both of us would definitely stay here again, very highly recommended.
