"We had booked a basic room as only there for 1 night but told on arrival there was no lift in that part of the building so we had to pay to upgrade so my husband could access a room. The room was dusty. The bed was ok but we've had better and the shower was over the bath which again made it very difficult for my husband. Definitely wouldn't use this hotel aga.i"

"Amazing hydrotherapy pool. Steam room nice sauna sadly closed for maintenance. Room perfect for Heathrow hotel. Very clean big bed spacious. Breakfast excellent, evening meal in hotel also very good - not cheap but fair price was good. Easy transfer on “hoppa” bus to terminal 5 (NB this hotel is 10 minutes from terminal it is NOT on site terminal hotel which we found misleading) Only gripe was only had alcoholic drinks available in executive lounge between 5-7pm. Ideal stay for lunchtime...

"This place is ALMOST perfect. Firm bed and very clean, but the room lighting is severe and bathroom door is a double french door that doesn’t even meet completely in the middle. No one wants that! Also, I realize rugby is the theme here but not sure it needs to be on the walls of the room. I stayed here for convenience of location to a friend."

"Clean room and good breakfast options. Parking and a spot to offload were very problematic. If you know your way around or take a taxi it is fine, but do not book if you are coming to England from overseas with a car or unfamiliar with the workings of inner towns.It is on a busy street so somewhat loud at night."

"Great location near Heathrow Airport Terminal 5 and very convenient on the bus route. Staff were friendly and breakfast was really good with plenty of choices. The only issue was the air conditioning wasn’t very effective and we needed an extra heater. Overall, a good stay."

"Not the friendliest of welcomes. A meeting cancellation meant I arrived early but I wasn't allowed to check in. The staff I encountered throughout my stay were distant and aloof. Signage around the sprawling site was poor so I ended up wandering around to find various amenities. For the positives, the room was clean and the breakfast was good quality "

"Staff were lovely - reception, bar and restaurant The food was pretty good - fish beautiful, steak cooked well, sauces full of flavour - just chocolate fondant sadly overdone. I love the chilled & sparkling water tap! However, rooms are looking very tired, old and in need of a refurb. Better pillows, USB ports and adding some soundproofing would be good too On the whole great service, food & drinks but poor rooms and sleep quality "

"Fantastic 1 night stay ,we used the pool which was warm and vey inviting,towels included, the room was gorgeous,mini fridge,a huge tv and led lighting, small hiccup with the air con but fixed straight away,had dinner in the restaurant great food and very reasonably priced,best part of our stay was breakfast in bed delivered to our room in the morning cooked and continental as busy parents this was an absolute luxury, highly recommend and look forward to our next stay ."
