"Sapporo Fresa Inn was a perfectly good choice for the price. The accommodations were comfortable and practical, and the hotel provided everything I needed for my stay without unnecessary frills. What I particularly enjoyed was the breakfast, which was quite good and offered a nice selection. Overall, I felt the hotel provided good value for the price and was a convenient, comfortable place to stay in Sapporo. I would be happy to stay here again."

"Location was great as it was so close to Sapporo Station with underground access as well. Rooms were clean and offered daily towel service and rubbish removal if we wanted it. Coin laundry available in the hotel. The only disappointment was that they hold luggage for only one day. I saw on their website that they hold luggage free of charge (like many other hotels we have stayed at), however upon check-out, we were told that they hold luggage only for a day and we weren’t returning until 4 days later. Luckily there were storage lockers at Sapporo Station, however at a cost of 800 yen per day and we had 4 bags. Had I known that they didn’t offer extended luggage holding at no charge, we would have stayed elsewhere. Other than that, the hotel was great."

"Super friendly staff and the breakfast was delicious - we had the Japanese breakfast on one day and the buffet the other day. The room was very clean and they helped us bring our suitcases to our room which was very helpful. The hotel is also very close to a lot of sites we wanted to visit as well as transit options which was great. I would definitely stay here again!"

"Randor hotel heritage was clean, spacious, and close to the train station (~6-7 minutes of walking) Check in was smooth and they kept my luggage when I checked out for over one day upon request, which was nice as I didn’t need to look for external luggage storage services. One thing I would note that there was a communication issue about luggage storage and staff came up in the morning of the check out day to my room thinking that they would pick up the luggage from me directly. While it was a nice gesture, I wasn’t prepared for the unexpected door knocking and I was getting ready. Overall I would recommend this hotel."
