" This hotel feels like home. The staff were so accommodating and made us feel incredibly welcome. Our family of 5 spent 3 nights here. The rooms were superb and the effort the Lotus Boutique team went to for my husband’s birthday on the day we arrived was so special. We would like to make a special mention to Anna and Mia who all left a special impression on us. All the staff were so warm and friendly .We hope to come back and stay at this beautiful hotel again."

What really stood out was how the staff went above and beyond when my luggage did not arrive the night before our departure. They met me at the airport, handled everything with calm professionalism, and made sure i was taken care of until the issue was resolved. Truly world-class service.
