"When you tell me my room is ready when I arrive 1 hour before official check-in but then want to charge an extra £15 for early check-in, that’s shameful. Instead you forced a load of people to wait and then queue at 3 pm. It was a terrible check-in experience unlike anything I have experienced elsewhere. I do not recommend staying at this hotel. There are many other options that treat customers better. Seriously, what is the point of making us wait if the room was confirmed as ready?"

"My room was fairly standard but had a decent amount of space and comfortable for one person. The air conditioning was good. I had breakfast once and it was good. The stars are generally helpful. Downside is you have to ask for your room to be serviced whereas it really should be done every few days at least. I was there a whole week and asked for it to be done."
