"At night time, the swimming pool and walk ways were lit up with small flashing specks of light. Very fantasy like especially when swimming in the swimming pool at night. Did not see any kids so it was peaceful and staff very friendly. Only disappointment was we did not get free upgrade with the VIP access. Hotel also provides free shuttle to and from Kata Beach every hour in the day time."

"You really love our stay here at the village resort. The little bungalows give you a real cultural experience, unlike some of the corporate style Skyrise hotels. We found the pool to be amazing and it was much better once you get in it and experience the serene environment of the pool bar and trees our room was a little villa, and that was great to have so much space for the few nights we were in Phuket. "We were a family of four with 2 ocean rooms next to each other and had a great stay here. The rooms were large with a huge bed which could be split to make twin beds. A little on the hard side but they put a thin quilt on top to make it softer from the second day. I would say the rooms were dated somewhat and are in need of a refurb but to be honest everything is in the right place and with so much space and the view you forget about the old furniture and bathroom.
