"I have enjoyed the stay in Pacific Resort. Good food and the restaurant is available till 11pm which is definitely a plus. Pool 24x7 and good environment for family. Highly recommend. Reasonable location as it is 10-15 mins walking distance to Karon beach (shuttle available but at specific times) Special thanks to Mr Sun who actually helped all our queries in-terms of local travel and good beaches. Keep it up team !!!"

"Couldn’t fault this hotel, it was clean, the food was good, the staff were friendly and so helpful. Only downside was that there’s a lot of stairs so if you have knee problems it might be an issue depending on your room "

"A beautiful property, great staff and a beachfront that isn’t technically private but feels like it. Over our ten days saw perhaps ten people on it. Some restaurants closed for renovation which we were not notified of when booking. Other than that will stay again. Great staff. Not much to do in walking distance to property but lots within a short drive which was fine. Will be back next year "

"Very affordable lovely hotel; great food, pool areas. The staff treats you like 5 star even though I’d probably rate it 3.5 stars. If you stay in the wing I did it’s renovated and tastefully furnished. Other wings are slightly dated. I was on fifth floor with huge room, and balcony overlooking Kata Beach. The food, breakfasts and buffets are amazing with good value. I stayed at this hotel a total of 12 nights. Staff and service amazing with great value. Only downside is it’s quite a walk from street and lobby to rooms.Reccomend it"
