You are close to the beach, up on the hill so you can see the ocean view, and each private villa is clean and modern and beautiful. The staff is friendly and helpful. There are many stairs that lead to the villas at the top of the hill which can be a hike for some people, but the staff pleasantly offer to help with any luggage or necessary assistance. The area is great and within walking distance of a bunch...

"I’ve stayed with this hotel multiple times whenever I visit phuket. Convenient location as there is a food market just beside the hotel. At night, the back alley will have night market with more dining options. Short walk to kata beach."

"Great location. Close to both beaches and night market. Fun pool. We had a great stay, except for the weirdness of not being able to get bedding for the second bed. Even though I had booked twin beds. They had those blankets under lock and key. "

"We love it here. The pool is great, nice and deep, the views of Kata Beach are spectacular and the breakfast buffet, my goodness, amazing. Help yourself to espresso coffee, croissants, egg station etc. Great. And all 3 minutes walk to Kata tbeach. "

"There was nothing unique about the place. Buffet was below average. Most of staff spoke Myanmar and very little English. Made for long check in. Staff didn’t know what the other staff was talking about. Catered to a certain clientele and we were sort of pushed aside. I would not recommend it to family or friends. 👎👎👎"

"The staff at this hotel were nice and helped me arrange a private van to the airport for 1000 baht. The area is great, right across the street from the beach and close to many restaurants, shops, and salons too. But the room itself seemed very out dated with old furniture and not very clean. The towels were also a bit old and falling apart. The toiletries were also not very nice, bring your own. I think the rooms could be improved a lot, but it's mainly good for the location."

"The hotel is pretty good for people who wish to spend time at the beach as it is along the Karon beach. The room was clean and tidy. If you are in a search of a budget friendly place to stay at the beach side, then I would recommend this place. Only downside I can think of is they don’t have laundry service."
