"If we hadn’t shown up at 11pm we would have tried to find another hotel. The receptionist was very pleasant, but the hallway and room had an unpleasant odor, the bathroom tiles were broken and lose, the vanity sink was spidered, cracks in the wall and ceiling and just a lot of neglect to the room/property. We were thankful the sheets appeared to be clean and the a/c worked."

"They were updating at this location. Pool was closed. Heavy equipment in their small lot. Breakfast was good. Noon check out was great. We were they for a college graduation and happened to be Mother’s Day also. Place was fully booked. "

"We were attending our daughter's graduation at Olivet Nazarene University. This was a much better option than a hotel. Great space for gathering with family and enjoy our time together. The host is fantastic with communication and made the check-in process extremely simple."
