"Amazing area!"

"We stay here for a night every July. This time were not informed that the indoor water park was under renovations until 2 days prior to check in. I was annoyed, as this is something the kids really look forward to, I sent an email stating such and Alexandra emailed me right away apologizing and extended free breakfast for our family. She also texted me to make sure check in went well and asked if there was anything else we wanted. I am amazed at the service this resort offers, you feel like VIP and very welcomed every time. The view is definitely one that can't be beat either!"

"Great service from everyone! The views were amazing. Very clean. Maid service included turndown. We only ate at the buffet for breakfast. It was mediocre. Coffee shop was lovely. We bought sandwiches for a day touring. They were outstanding! Bus service was always on time and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. "
