"Staff, room, amenities, overall stay was great"

"No breakfast included but the night we stayed the fire alarms went off due to tech issues, not once but 3x. That was a real treat. lol So in the am the hotel staff had left a nice note under our door apologizing and sharing that they had complimentary coffee and pastries in the lobby for us and they waived our parking fee. So that was a nice way to say sorry for the not so great sleep. We only live an hour away from this hotel, but stayed so we could enjoy a night out. We were able to walk downtown in about 10 ish minutes and walk back. So a nice central location. Next time, this time of year, I will bring my skates to enjoy the outdoor rink just down the street from the hotel. Overall the staff, room, pool, hottubs, cleanliness, location was super!! I highly recommend this hotel. "

"Had an early morning flight so did not have breakfast. We were upgraded to a suite- it was wonderful! Bed was so comfortable! The staff were extremely friendly and efficient!"

"The location of The Grand was excellent. Rooms were spacious and comfortable. The lifts were problematic at times (stairs should be an option) but a very enjoyable stay. Highly recommend."
