"We were excited to book this property. The terms on the property website were pretty strict, so we were happy to book it through Expedia to get better pricing and flexibility. Unfortunately, we had difficulty connecting with the property for the needed information about checking in, etc. I gave them my cell number and got it sorted. The property is pretty remote. Our “box” was very nice, as pictured online. All the information was via QR code which made it hard to access quickly or repeatedly. No information on heating/cooling. We would have preferred hard copies for the majority of the information within the room. The steps to our cabin were very vertical, no hand railing. No fun hauling suitcases up and down. The bed was comfortable with multiple settings. Bring your own pillows, theirs are too firm. The bathroom was very nice. The spa was a nice amenity . We didn’t use the fire pit ."

"Room was nice and clean, had many of the items one would need to cook in or stay a week and feel at home. Hot tub is very comfortable the access is different, no path to sidewalk. But we managed ;). Overall a pleasant experience"

"We stayed in the Trappers Tent and rented bedding and camping gear. They were very accommodating and the prices are very reasonable. The property was nice and views from the river were spectacular! The only issue, which wasnt a huge issue was that the host had trouble responding to our pre-visit inquiries through the Vrbo app."

"Fantastic location to Banff and Canmore…Canmore great as not as crowded. Property was very good. A bit dated/worn but clean and well provisioned. Host was very good as well. Think use of “luxury “ a bit of a stretch but overall a very nice place and location."
