The rooms are not very modern and clean and are a bit dark. The neighborhood isn't the best as it's in Denpasar so expect a lot of traffic and local businesses nearby. "

"The whole stay was impeccable from start to finish. Any request that was put forward was handled and was accommodated even ones that were last minute. The staff were super friendly and really payed attention to details. Bed was comfortable and room was quiet. It was a good time to visit Bali as not too busy with the craziness of school holidays. Definitely a must or contender when choosing your next visit. "

We loved the included balinese dress up and Lilak was great and accomodating. The breakfast has a range of asian and western foods.. a big enough spread including eggs cooked to your choice. The rooms were clean and comfortable. I missed not having a hand towel. The coffee in room was limited, there should be enough for 2 coffees per person and likewise milk as well. 3 bottles of water a day was good. Good location close to great restaurants and beach and transport. Highly recommend"
"We had 2 connecting rooms and it was spacious. The beds were comfortable. The pools were amazing the included breakfast was one of the best I’ve seen at a hotel. Plenty of options for our kids who are picky eaters. The staff were super friendly and Hendra and Bagus were very helpful. No issues with noise like others have mentioned. We did hear frogs and birds. "
