"Stayed here for a recent visit to Istanbul and the hotel is stunning. Staff were fantastic, very helpful and accommodating. Couldn’t ask for a better experience. Location was fantastic too. Within a short walk there was the harbour for river tours, the dolmabahche palace and shopping and restaurants within minutes of walking. Would definitely return. "

" Room was OK. The lifts need serious repairs. It took us 10 min to get the lift and get to our room. We checked in one room and they had a lounge just above our room so it was very noisy where as the details of the room say noise proof rooms. We had to request and change the room which they did for us. As soon as we got in the room we heard some girls shouting in the lift as the lift had stopped working and they were stuck. He told me that the ownership has been changed only 1 week ago so I was forced to pay double amount for the same period of time because I reached there late night and had no other option."
