"This cute studio is PERFECT for a couple. One queen size bed. The layout is great. Location is ideal. There's shopping, food and entertainment in CLOSE proximity, but doesn't feel like you're in a congested business district. The host thought of everything - INCLUDING the high ceiling cabinets (we're short: 5'4 and 5'5) so there was even a folding step stool provided! The care was in the details. Would like to stay again. "We were very happy with our stay at this cute little duplex that is just a couple of blocks from University of Oregon. The kitchen is small, but works great. There is no dining area or table. Just some small pull-up tables that work really well. It was nice to be able to stream our favorite tv shows and movies on the smart tv. Both bedrooms have queen beds that are very comfortable. "My brother and I stayed here just one night; the night before the Eugene Marathon. We didn’t really have a lot of time at the property as we were getting prepped for the run and left at 5:30 AM to get to the start line. The space was clean, tidy and well organized, and Ginnie, our host was welcoming, helpful, and generous. I would definitely stay again!"
