"The place was updated and comfortable. However the house is next to a bar courtyard that plays music until 10:15pm. You know when you are in an apartment and your neighbor is playing loud music? It sounds like that. The bass, drum and muffled lyrics are unescapable. Pair that with the regular train noises every 30 mins and you may want to look elsewhere if you go to bed before 10:30. Everything else was great! The owners did a great job of renovating and the full kitchen is awesome! "
