"We had stayed with you earlier in the week, but our plane did not land until midnight; the first room we had with you was gross even at midnight. I was not looking forward to returning. However, we arrived before 8 PM. Your check-in gal said she had just put some cookies in. Because that batch was consumed immediately, she generously made more and brought them to our room. Nice staff that is willing to go the extra mile for tired travelers makes your hotel stand out. She gets five stars."
