"We enjoyed our one night stay at this lovely property. The location is perfect for spending a day at the Trail of 10 Falls, which is a few mins away. The place was cozy, intimate and clean. The bathroom was wonderful. We appreciated the coffee machine with a well stocked coffee pods / grounded coffee. Communication was easy through the Vrbo app. Cell signal in the area is poor / non-existant and planning ahead when communicating with the host is essential."

The view is perfect, the apartment is clean, comfortable and has just about everything you’ll need (the beds might be too comfortable tbh). And the owner/manager seems incredibly easy to get a hold of (never needed to though). "I am so lucky to have found Carole's cottage. It is a gem in West Eugene. The cottage is well appointed with a comfortable bed and stocked kitchen. It is in a cute neighborhood with a few restaurants and parks. Carole was such an accommodating host and helped make my trip so special. I was solo parent traveling with my baby, and Carole was able to provide a crib and high chair, allowing me to pack more efficiently. "This cute studio is PERFECT for a couple. One queen size bed. The layout is great. Location is ideal. There's shopping, food and entertainment in CLOSE proximity, but doesn't feel like you're in a congested business district. The host thought of everything - INCLUDING the high ceiling cabinets (we're short: 5'4 and 5'5) so there was even a folding step stool provided! The care was in the details. Would like to stay again.
