"The property and service atr this establishment was outstanding. The only 2 things were; 1. The housekeeper left 2 strings of hair in the toilet while cleaning by accident. 2. There was an emergency water shut down for 15-20 minutes (Could not flush toilet but had running water in sink). Overall, the place was great and everyone was friendly and accommondating."

"Excellent hotel. Very clean. Our room was spacious and beautiful. Staff cleaned room at least once a day and turned down bed 1-2 times. There was some construction on one of the restaurants so it wasn’t open but the Netsu was good if you like that style. Pool staff was great. Pool extremely clean. The Club lounge was my favorite, down the money to get access to it. "
