"This hotel is like a bed & breakfast. It has 12 units scattered around the property in different buildings. The rooms are clean but dated. The breakfast could use some fruit and yogurt but there were many carb options. It was nice to be able to grab something quick. The building felt safe and private. The 5:00 free cocktail happy hour is a nice touch. The pool is clean and small and open 24 hrs. The property is set up to allow privacy if you prefer it. The staff is helpful and accommodating. Beach towels and supplies are provided and plentiful. If you forget sunscreen, bug spray, etc, they have it for you to use for free. I would recommend this property to others. This place is walkable to Cruz Bay. "

"We had a wonderful week at James and Tara's villa. The photos of the property while nice, dont do justice to the actual home. We had a party of seven and there was plenty of room for all to have personal space when wanted as well as large communal space to enjoy together. The view from the front lanai was amazing for morning coffee, and the pool in the rear of the home was perfect for a late afternoon cool down. Thanks James and Tara for a beautiful week. "Great location. About 10 min from Cruz Bay and not too far from beaches on north side of island. Very helpful that it had beach chairs and cooler, didn’t remember seeing that in the listing so that was a great surprise. The setting in the jungle made it unique and the outdoor seating was a great way to enjoy it. "

"Searenity Villa met and exceeded all our needs, very clean, 2 minutes to Cruz Bay, A/C in the bedrooms works perfectly, the island was having major power problems, but with the generator we felt no effects of it at the villa during our stay. View from the pool deck is hard to beat. We will be renting from these hosts again. Tara replied each time I had a question leading up to our stay Beautiful property highly recommend "
