"The house was just as we expected it to be based on the listing. Check-in was easy, everything was very clean and easy to find. The host had plenty of beach chairs, coolers, and snorkel gear to use during our stay. The kitchen was well stocked.The house is about 10 minutes away from Cruz Bay and 20 minutes away from the north shore beaches. It's the perfect location for easy access to the beach and town.The host and property manager were both easy to get a hold of. The AC would sometimes be spotty and turn off during the day or at night. The house would typically cool off pretty quickly once the AC was on for a few hours. Overall, a great place to vacation and would definitely book again!"

"Everything was nice except for the existing leak in the Honeymoon Room. When it rained hard (which is did for days off and on) water was everywhere. You could tell by the stains on the wall that it was not a new issue. Other than that, it was super nice and a great place to hang with our friends to celebrate my 50th birthday."

"My husband and I had a wonderful time in paradise. Our host Michael was so helpful from beginning to end. He made sure we had any and all information about the property including places to eat and beaches to visit. The view of Fish Bay was amazing. If we weren’t at one of the beautiful beaches, you would find us relaxing in the amazing pool. We will be back!!"

"My stay at this property was ultimately disappointing, especially considering the high price. While the grounds were well kept and clearly cared for, many other aspects of the experience fell short. Service The staff were consistently rather rude, which set a negative tone from the start. Interactions felt dismissive instead of welcoming. Food & Dining The food was mediocre at best, and the menu was extremely limited. Breakfast was only served 2 out of the 5 days that we were on property. This was frustrating and inconvenient. Facilities The pool clearly needed cleaning and updating. It didn’t feel inviting or well maintained a separate children’s area would be a great upgrade. Rooms & Property Condition The property itself shows its age. While the rooms have been somewhat updated, the overall feel is still dated and doesn’t match the price point. Value For what we received, the stay felt very expensive. The quality simply didn’t align with the cost. Positive Note The one standout was the well‑kept grounds, which were pleasant and nicely maintained. "

"We had an amazing week at Coconuts with our family of five! The views and amenities were amazing. We all loved the pool, the outdoor kitchen, the hammock, and the hot tub. The sunsets were gorgeous and everyone loved spending time there after a day exploring. Highly recommend!"
