"Wonderful!!’ The best part was the manager, what a wonderful host. She made our stay. Friendly, warm, knowledgeable. I can’t remember such a wonderful human being in hospitality before. They are lucky to have her."

"This place was interesting. We spent four days here and honestly really loved it but there are some pros and cons. PROS: -excellent location with a grocery store around the corner and just a 3 minute walk to Cruz bay -room was spacious -restaurant was OUTSTANDING -the whole staff made you feel like family and some guy even gave us some bananas he grows himself that was cool -complimentary breakfast (a delicious sweet bread with fruit and coffee or juice is included, they serve you at the restaurant) -room was very clean and tidy -outside foot wash for sand -felt intimate -they provided beach towels, beach bag, and 30 spf sunscreen if needed -a big list of things to do and how to get places around St. John CONS: -no on site laundry although the laundromat is like a one minute walk but is a bit pricey -housekeeping is once a week (not a huge con for us but it may be for some people) -BED and PILLOWS were TERRIBLE! Spring mattress was incredibly worn and pretty uncomfortable -its location is an uphill walk that can be a little intense for some people Overall the pros out weigh the cons for us and we will be rebooking here. The price was fair for what they offer (we went in the offseason) but you can’t beat this location and it seemed a lot of locals really loved it here."

"When I originally booked Donald's villa, I was slightly nervous/cautious. It only had one review but it was positive. Let me say firmly that this has been probably one of those best VRBO experiences/places I've had. I am glad I reserved and was able to stay here at St. Johns. The villa was clean, the bed was comfortable and the overall stay felt private. The beautiful beaches were a short walk but we drove to several of them and always found everything accessible. A short drive to Cruz Bay for dinners as well. Donald was quick to respond to any of my text messages with questions and my family and I had a great experience. I can confidently say if I ever go back to St John I would love to stay here again."

"We had an incredible stay at this St. John villa and would absolutely book it again. The location couldn’t have been better—just a one-minute drive to Trunk Bay, which truly lives up to its reputation as one of the most beautiful beaches in the world, and only about three minutes from Cinnamon Bay. It was the perfect home base for exploring the island.The view from the villa is worth a million dollars. We looked forward to every sunrise and sunset, and the night sky was breathtaking. Seeing so many stars from the deck was one of the highlights of our trip.Our host was responsive, helpful, and easy to communicate with throughout the entire process. Tommy, the caretaker, was phenomenal. He made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived, answered all of our questions, and was always available if we needed anything.One tip: rent a Jeep! The roads on St. John are steep and winding, and having a Jeep makes getting around easy and lets you explore everything the island has to offer.If you’re looking for an amazing villa with spectacular views, an unbeatable location, and outstanding hospitality, this is the place to stay. We can’t wait to come back!"

"The place was very nice and clean. It had a very nice view from the roof top and the description of getting up to it was very accurate but the air conditioner that was in the room did not work very well and it was very warm in there. So as long as you don’t mind the room being very warm then you should be fine. even though there was a ceiling fan. Even if the windows would’ve been opened, only some of them had screens, and there was no possible way to have a cross breeze because the other side of the house didn’t have screens on them and the mosquitoes were pretty bad."

"This is very nice, recently renovated 8 unit property. They are located on the top floor so 2 1/2 flights of stairs are required to get there. (Plus a walk up a hill from the ferry) It was a very nice surprise on how pretty the unit was and all the amenities available. The grocery store is right next door so grabbing some (very pricey) needed items was helpful. It’s a very short walk to everything in Cruz Bay. No need to grab a taxi unless you are headed to the beach or other parts of the island. "
