Refrigerator was not working properly (freezer did work), rooms were no cleaned, there were roaches everywhere (both dead and alive). Two of the dining room chairs seats caved (one of the kids in the group had a bad fall). Lots of towels but beds did not have proper bedding (flat sheet and a 'light throw' not an actual blanket. The playroom does not have AC which makes it impossible to use given the high temps. There are no hammocks at the site, don't be deceived by the pretty pictures if the outdoor area. Also, the glass shampoo containers are a HUGE liability, one of my family members ended up at the hospital after one of the containers broke and a piece of glass caused a deep cut on their foot, she ended up needing stiches. Do not stay at this location unless you want to be disappointed. Text messaged the site owner the first day, no response. Sent an email on day two, no answer. During my check out I decided to call them and explain all the things that have gone wrong and how this site should not be rented until all the issues are addressed.

Host double booked on the same weekend after a while they gave us a different location which was unkempt and looked like someone had been staying there,.. it was just a weekend but really inconvenient. Never booking with them again.

The house has been remodeled and is nice inside. Had an issue with the cleanliness in between rentals and a few items need to be repaired. Lack of basic kitchen supplies. The communication for these concerns was not very quick and were not resolved. Pictures of landscape of property are not accurate.

First of all we couldn’t get in the house a worker had to let us in. The communication with owner was awful! We were told they have hammocks on the property and they didn’t. Also they said they had a soaking tub that wasn’t clean or working also they said they had washer and dryer and a game room which they didn’t have. The yard had over 4 dozen cigarette buts and weeds everywhere. I can send pictures if you like. Oh and they said they had a gas bbq which they didn’t. I think the worst part was they never got back to me with these issues.

The listing promised a game room, hammocks, and a soaking tub. When we got there, the game room was locked and the property manager said it wasn't accessible because of storm damage. I said we'd only booked it for the game room, and they said "oh our mistake, here's the code." When we went in, it was covered in mildew and the games were warped from obvious storm damage. There were no hammocks, and the soaking tub was full of leaves and a sanitary napkin wrapper. Oh and there were no batteries in any of the smoke detectors. When I told them about that, they said they'd fix it immediately. They never did. There's a dozen other small details that make the property uncomfortable - the flood lights are pointed directly in the bedroom (no curtains); there's no dish rack or towels to dry dishes; the outlets are shaky and lights turn off at random. It's been four weeks, and while they promised a 30% discount on the nights we stayed, there's been no sign of the refund. Just a request for my bank account details. VRBO says they can't issue a refund. The property management company says they can't issue a refund. The property photos still show the hammocks, game room and soaking tub. If you see "CoHaus Collective," avoid them.
