"There was no parking but advertisement says parking , hotel room overlooking a building site , toilet smelling of drains , but apart from that the stay was good"

"All staff we came across were great, attentive, helpful, knowledgable and alwats polite and friendly. The hotel was in a perfect location, not too far to anything we wanted to see and with an abundance of restaurants within a minute or two ealk! Breakfast was good, room was lovely, shower was perfect! "

"Room was good but some marks on the wallpaper, very small bathroom with tiny bath and basic shower but plenty of towels and lovely hand soap, shower gel, shampoo, conditioner and moisturiser. Comfy bed with good pillows and a window that opened. Breakfast was ok, a wide variety of hot and cold items. Parking was £30 for 1 night. "

"Room was clean and nice but heating did not work properly and after one cold night we were given small electric radiators. Breakfast was very average. Communal areas in the hotel were very nice although pool was closed which we had not been told about. Location is excellent."
