"This is our go to hotel when we are in town for work. This last trip, the female front desk clerk that was checking us in was horrible. We are not sure if she was overwhelmed but her attitude made us so uncomfortable. On top of that we booked a King (which we paid more for) and she put us in a double bed. We tried to call & get it switched but no one picked up. We also went back down to rectify the issue but the hotel was hosting an event and the lobby was full. We decided to contact Expedia....

The only down side to this property is everything outside the room! The exterior of the building and the hallways looked run down and old. Location is not the best part of town. Maybe a little bit pricey for what you get but once you're in the room, everything is great."

"We've stayed at this hotel chain before and generally had much better experiences. The rooms themselves were nice, and the pillows were particularly comfortable, which is always a plus. However, our stay was marred by a significant disappointment regarding our room reservation. We specifically booked a suite with two queen beds and a bathtub, as this was important for an older member of our party. Instead, we were given a suite with two full beds and a shower. This was truly frustrating and...
