"The staff were super nice. We did have a huge cockroach in our room we had to remove ourselves. Hot showers in the morning were impossible. The maid never came on the third day to clean our room and the sheets didn’t fit our bed right. I feel like this hotel was understaffed. "

"The room was clean and smelled good upon entry. I had chosen this hotel because they served breakfast and had a laundry facility. We were traveling for greater than a week and needed the laundry facilities. Upon arrival, only one of the four sets of washers/dryers were in service. Then the change machine did not work. When asking at the front desk if they could make change so I could finish my load that was already in the wash, they could not provide coins but would send the maintenance man to check the change machine. They just put an 'out of order' sign on that machine too. I had to go to a local store a mile away, stand in line to get extra change. This was quite disappointing and frustrating! Breakfast was served later on the weekends, and unfortunately, we had early appointments on the weekend, so only took the food to go. It would have been nice to have fresh fruit or yogurt, or muffin along with the eggs, potatoes, and pancakes. It was functional, but the service was definitely lacking."

"The staff here are so rude. Every single time I come, they are rude and could not be bothered. The lines are insane. It doesn’t matter what day you go or what time of the day, expect to wait in an incredibly long line. There’s no microwaves in the rooms, no room service, they are doing work right now in the buffet was absolutely awful so the only other option was pizza. It doesn’t matter if you return the towels, they are still going to charge you for unreturned towels… Everything is just so overpriced and the staff is rude and the amenities aren’t great. That might be our last time at Great Wolf."

"The embassy suite was very nice and comfortable. The breakfast and evening snack was really nice and the service was excellent. The only thing I can think of that I wish was different was in the courtyard where breakfast is served it was WAY TOO COLD. Like freezing while trying to eat breakfast. "

"Bed was clean and comfy. Biggest gripe was that neither elevator seemed to be able to take me up to the second floor - the buttons just wouldn't take the input. Ended up taking the stairs every time after multiple attempts with the elevator, but wasn't that big of a deal. Staff was very friendly and helpful, they called to inform me that they wanted to switch my room as there was a problem with the shower but I just didn't have time during the day to come back and change rooms during my trip. I appreciated the proactive attempt to solve a problem, though. Kitchen was nice to have, full size fridge and dishes ready to go were very convenient."
