"Great stay"

"We had to attend a funeral in the area and booked a one king bed room. When I checked in, they could not find my reservation with the one king bed, but said I had a 2 queen room booked. Upon further investigation, I was told the manager had cancelled my one king bed room. Why???? Since, there were no one king rooms left, I settled for the 2 queen room. "寝坊して 慌ただしく朝ごはんを食べられず、残念。 でも居心地が良かった"

"We loved Hyatt House. We stayed there before and chose it again for visiting family in Irvine. Loved the breakfast--excellent in every way! I had some questions about the surrounding area and the staff was patient and helpful. Our room was comfortable, the tv worked great. Very happy there!"
