"This is a decent hotel. Staff was great and helpful"

"1. Front desk staff was very rude and mostly unavailable 2. Breakfast was very bad 3. Water leakage from the bathroom in the adjacent room 4. Room badly maintained and there were not even a dustbin placed 5. Not worth the $150 dollars and the worst holiday inn stay ever PLEASE AVOID!!!!!!!!"

"I eat clean and most continental breakfasts don't work for me. They had plenty of healthy options, so I was pleasantly surprised. The staff were exceptionally nice!"

"Was there for 2 weeks and for nearly 2 weeks my toilet didn’t work. Finally. After 10 days he came to fix it. Only for it to work maybe once or twice and never again lol. Then the people stay across the hall I guess with two or three kids yelling and screaming all night. Absolutely ridiculous. Idk if they lived there or what but it was a wreck. No breakfast either and the wifi wouldn’t ever hold. Also. No change of towels either. If I pay to be there for 2 weeks. Can yall at least change out the...

"Probably the nicest hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Not only is the place incredibly clean with every amenity you could possibly hope for, the staff were amazing as well. 10/10"

"Great location and hotel, just know there is no dining anywhere on the property. But, plenty of choices just down the sidewalk at Baytown Wharf or the marina"

"Cute room. Little pull-out stovetop was awesome! Very clean. Peaceful and quite. Accommodating. Close to downtown. I'll be back."

"Nice hotel, clean. But the walls are paper thin we were woken up multiple times by people in the hallway and the next room."

"Good location, friendly and clean"

"The hotel was going through a remodel when Hurricane Isaias hit the area. Our room on the 1st floor began having water drip from the ceiling and the outside walls. They are soon going to have a severe mold and rot problem. They moved us to a smaller room but wouldn't refund the difference. Money 1st, customer last."
