"The property was dirty. While my room looked okay at a glance the floors were dirty, there was trash & a dead bug by the headboard of the bed. The carpet, stairwells and entryway were dirty. Elevators were not cleaned regularly and always nasty—just an air of disregard for the property in general. The staff were very nice in general."

"The room was clean and orderly. Plenty of storage space. The staff were welcoming and attentive. Made sure we had everything we needed for the room. Breakfast selection was good, too! Had variety of options to choose from. Kept items well in stock and the area clean. Outdoor pool was lovely. The kids enjoyed it!"

"This was a very nice facility. It had a lot of amenities including indoor and outdoor pools, ping pong, putting green and movie room. A great place to stay with your family and friends. The housekeeping staff did a great job keeping everything clean."

"Amazing view of the beach and ocean from the 10th floor large balcony and from inside as well. The full glass doors and large mirror setup in the living room give a feeling of large area and a great view with lot of natural light all thru' the day. The owners were great help, they came over to resolve a small issue with the hot water and were very nice to talk to. They also allowed us to hang around for a couple of extra hours on the day of check-out. Overall , a great stay we enjoyed!"

"This was a clean property but the complaints we had to do more with Sterling Shores. The listing said heated pool and hot tub. There was a heated pool but not the one pictured. It was across the street and small and no hot tub was found. Waking up early to see what we could see of the beach on our balcony there were loud neighbors and loud music from their place. For the price we also felt we were too far from the beach as well. The host was easy to get ahold of and checkin was great. The place was also clean and well stocked with every essential thing we needed."
