"So the rooms here are large, well appointed. It was clean enough, a little more care and getting into the crevices would make it much better. Breakfast was a little dull, can't really complain as it's free. The basic make your own waffles, egg omelette, and some sort of sausages. Various breads etc, some cereal. It was fine. Didn't use the pool didn't look particularly inviting. Great location. Plenty of parking."

"The pictures online were great, the location was really good. There was a smell when we came in that was not good. When we used the washing machine the smell was worse. The air filters were very dirty. The shower/bath were old and didn’t feel clean, The condominium building itself needed lots of upkeep. If you are an early gym riser note that you cannot access the gym until 7:30 it’s locked up."

"This was a great property and great location! Being able to just walk right out to the beach and sit in the balcony overlooking the ocean was exactly the relaxing experience I was looking for. The host was very friendly and easy to reach at all times. I will absolutely look to stay here again if I return to Destin in the future!"

"Don't judge a book by it's cover! When I first arrived I was concerned with what I saw. The buildings did not look as good as I imagined. The area was clean but the outside of buildings could use some updating. However once inside, I found a beautiful, clean space! The photos of inside were accurate. The space was very inviting and well maintained. I did come across a few things that I alerted the owners about and they addressed them right away. The owners were very friendly and helpful. The pool area was nice but annoying bugs kept us from fully enjoying the area. There is a nice, maintained dog park within the facility, sadly we didn't bring our dog with us to utilize it. I would definitely recommend this place to friends and family."

"We had the most beautiful weekend in Destin. The condo was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. And the beach is steps away. The host was communicative and very accommodating. I would definitely stay here again. "
