"Multiple red flags. I will list them below. I never intend to stay at this location again, and if you want to enjoy your stay in the Destin area look elsewhere. - Card on file was charged with another fraud charge, had to dispute with bank - Used Q-tip found in the hotel room (we didn’t pack or buy them on this trip) - Phone in room did not work (205) - Microwave turned off after one use (After a few minutes it would reset and you could use it for another minute, until the inevitable) - Requested a late check out with the front desk that was not honored and housekeeping walked into the room (Red haired, casual dressed front desk person) - A/C (window operating unit) only blew for a while and struggled to get cooler than 74 degrees. - Shampoo & Body Wash were both empty in the shower. (Thankfully, we packed our own) - Front desk overnight attendant had an unpleasant attitude at check in. There were only a few bright spots and I rarely try to right reviews only highlight the negatives but I just have never experienced anything of this magnitude at an IHG property in my life. With that being said I’d like to thank the afternoon front desk attendant that provided us plates in the evening (Black haired taller woman with braces) and the breakfast attendant who had a great attitude. If these two staff members were not here I would have given this stay half a star."

"Clean room. Parking was a bit hard, as we have a vehicle that was too tall to fit in the parking garage. Outside parking should be saved for larger vehicles. Not small compacts and mopeds. Security did help us with parking the one night to find available parking. He was great. Other than that, the hosts were great, the room was great, the view was amazing and the overall stay was a great experience. We didn’t use the pool or hot tub but the area looked nice. Just was too cold when we were there. We would definitely rent this place again! "

"Nice hotel, I have stayed here a few times...the elevator is working, fyi....the front desk guy was really welcoming...I think his name started was D or M...he wears glasses....Breakfast was setup nice and clean....not sure why the reviews are scoring low but for the price "I HAVE NO COMPLAINTS"....seem like other reviews are expecting the Ritz but check it out for yourself"

"We were checking in around 3:45, and Janelle greeted us. She asked for my name, looked up our info, then said there were three people ahead of us. The lobby was empty? She then said we could go to the pool or a restaurant, and they would call us when they were ready. So strange! We just went out to our car to get our luggage and were going to wait in the lobby. Janelle talked to some other clerks then left. Another clerk was at the desk and proceeded to check in three groups while we watched. I got up and asked if they were ready to check us in. She looked confused by my question and started checking us in. I asked her what the hold up was and explained why we were sitting there. She had no idea. She apologized for not asking to help us. She looked like she had no idea what was going on and didn’t seem like she knew anything about this scenario. It’s our first day here. We were hoping to check in, change clothes quickly, and go relax at the beach. Instead, we were hanging in the lobby for no apparent reason. And I guess we’d still be sitting there if I hadn’t stepped up because Janelle never called. Was her shift over? Was she profiling us? Is she just lazy or rude? I don’t know, but sure started our vacation off wrong by wasting our precious beach time."

"This is a beautiful condo not far at all from the beach. The owners are very responsive and we would definitely recommend staying here"
