"Just as advertised and pictured, a lovely small boutique resort. I traveled by myself and felt very welcomed by staff and it was easy to meet the other guests. "I've been coming to the Catalina for over 20 years, I adore it and what it offers--best location on the beach, friendly service, and casual atmosphere...having said that I must also say that I miss the stewardship and staff that I've grown up with over the years.
