The water circuit after a great workout with cenote views is my preferred start to my day . I also dream of the time I can return to this amazing resort. "

"This is a super basic hotel for those travelling on a budget and visiting nearby Ek balam. Toast and coffee was included in the price which was great. Secure parking inside the hotel grounds. There is no AC but a ceiling fan which was fine for us (we stayed in March) which was on all night (previous reviews incorrectly stated that the electric switches off at 9:30pm which was not our experience). "The staff at Hacienda Chichén are simply fantastic. The level of service was outstanding and we feel as though we made new friends. The grounds are impeccable and very quiet and relaxing. The chef prepares wonderful meals that provide many different choices and the food quality is outstanding. I can’t recommend this resort enough and we will look forward to returning to Hacienda Chichén!"

"What a lovely place. A 17th century hacienda waiting to invite adventuresome guests. While only 8 km outside bustling Valladolid, you feel like you’ve stepped back in time. We were the only guests the three nites we were there which is a shame because it really is a lovely spot and all the staff is there to make your visit comfortable. We loved it"
