The hotel is good in terms of location and budget, as it’s just a 5-minute walk to Osmanbey metro station. However, the breakfast was very basic, and the rooms are quite narrow. There’s no water provided in the rooms, and no cleaning service was offered during my stay. Overall, it’s suitable for those on a budget but don’t expect much in terms of amenities.

Cheap and convenient location only! You get what you paid for - (1) no English speaking staff (2) booked me a cab to the wrong hotel (3) not friendly (4) smelly bathroom (5) kitchen area was dirty

The staff forgot to return my passport used at check-in, and I forgot to get it, too. I realized this on the way to airport, returned to hotel , and retrieved passport from the copy machine at the front desk, but there was any apology from staff. Iwas lucky to make it to my flight just in time, but it was very unplesant.

Warning do not approach !! Substandard hotel, air conditioner doesn't work and they said they called a technician to fix it and he didn't come at all a week before our departure, you have to ask for clean towels and toilet paper every time, reception staff can't speak English only Turkish and you can't communicate with them and when you ask to ask he is angry and sulky that you are bothering him. Breakfast like a prisoner's, a cold hard-boiled egg, half a tomato, half a cucumber and jam with unprepared and cold toast and then you can only eat in the room, a sad and unpleasant experience...

Çok iyi

Oda gayet temiz, ferah ve genişti, oda manzarası da güzel ferah sayılabilir, sokağı görebiliyorsunuz (en azından bizim kaldığımız oda için öyle). Çalışanlar ilgili. Otelin konumu çok iyi, merkezi ve her yere ulaşımı kolay metroya ve otobüs durağına 5 dk yürüme mesafesinde. Tek eksi yanı kahvaltı'nın açık büfe olmaması, sınırlı olması ve yeterli olmaması. Fakat yemek salonunda yer olmaması durumunda kahvaltınızı alıp odanıza götürüp yeme imkanınız da mevcut. Kahvaltı haricinde harika bir otel tavsiye ederim.

Bu otelde önceden de bir kaç sefer konakladim. Ama her seferde daha kötüye gidiyor. Personal ilgisiz. Odalar eskimiş dökülüyor. Ben odadan çok depoda konakliyormusum gibime geldi. Temiz değildi odam. Benden önceki misafirin çöplerini bir gün sonra temizlendiginde gördüler. Yatağın altından kullanılmış su krem tüpü çekirdek kabukları vardı. Kapıda resepsyondaki çocuk bavula yardım etmedi. Kahvaltı eskiden odaya gelirdi. Şimdi bahçede kapalı bir küçük yer yapmışlar. Her sabah indiğimde klima açılmamış buz gibiydi. Umursamiyorlar resmen. Söz söylediğinde yüz ifadeleri berbaddi. İsmifurkandi bence. Kaba ilgisiz biri... Sabah kahvaltisi tabakta sunuluyor. İçinde margarin ve bir iki dilim l domates salatalık zeytin bir yumurta. Domates ve salatalık sanki geceden kalmış zeytin kuflenmisti. Çayları soğuktu. Oysa kendileri mutfaklarında baya güzel kaliteli şeyler kullanmakta. Çayları da sıcak ve güzel demli. Otelin yeri güzel olduğu için tercih ediyorum genelde. Eskiden gerçekten çok iyiydi.
