"Rooms are big and clean. Bed and pillows are comfortable. Good water pressure and plenty of hot water. Friendly and helpful staff. Mae helped us check-in. We did not request ahead of time for connecting rooms. However, she was willing to look in the system and got us connecting rooms! It made our stay so much more pleasant and convenient. Thank you so much Mae! Will definitely recommend Nhow to others and stay again."

"- very clean (pristine white sheets and towels, bathroom and floors spotless) - regular and black out blinds - yes the room gets warm but the AC cools down the room in seconds - tv with LED background is so cool, mirror lights perfect for makeup, individual reading lamps - fridge, nice touch for keeping drinks cold - safety aspect of keycard use in elevator - self service easy check in and out - small drink/snacks available to purchase (better prices than in shops) - adjustable head rest on bed Honestly everything was perfect so thank you!
