"Excellent location and really enjoyed the room , it is small but everything is in it that you need . I certainly did appreciate the air conditioning as I stayed for a couple of nights during the heat wave . Really good value for money and will definitely be booking again next time I go to London. Highly recommend."

"I loved the location and the hotel was very clean, as was my room. But, the layout of the room left a little something to be desired. I understand rooms in Europe are smaller but this one it was more the features that caused consternation. The bed could only be raised and lowered on one side. The bed was not super comfortable. And the entire room layout was a bit awkward. I really loved the area and the staff were all super nice, so I would stay here again...I just might try a different layout room."

"My room was clean and nice but the bedsheets literally felt like cardboard (I ran my hand down the sheet too quickly and it genuinely gave me a paper cut lol). There was also no TV remote in my room, the hairdryer was broken, and the steamer didn’t work. I told the staff at checkout that there was no TV remote and their verbatim response was, “Oh.” Annoying as it’s a great price and convenient location."
