"Pros: Very friendly staff - restaurant had great servers - Albert, Hugo, Lizbeth, Victor and Jorge. Friendly, helpful and prompt. Food and drink at this resort was good and fast. The massage therapists Nelly and Tere were incredible - a must-do during your visit. And Matteo was very accommodating and helpful with hotel and general island info. The main pool was relaxing, enough chairs for all guests. The rooftop pool and jacuzzis were my husband’s favorite feature, with incredible views. Rooms and common areas were clean. We felt safe here and on the island, in general. We had everything we needed for a relaxing visit. Cons: the resort is nice but is due for some upkeep/refresh/maintenance. The beach (while the ocean/water is beautiful and clean!) was less than desirable - not much space or water to enjoy, and the cabanas were dirty every day - I did not use them once! The resort is next-door to a popular bar, which has boats coming and going constantly, so swimming past the (manmade) sand barges was not safe. Pool and jacuzzis were dirty most days and need a good scrub. One note: there is only one restaurant at this quaint resort, though it has a full menu with many options for food and drink. It opens for lunch and dinner; the Snack Bar is your option for lunch, with a limited menu. Our family of 5 (2 parents, 2 young adult children and one teenager) had a lovely visit and greatly enjoyed our time here. Thank you for the great service and memories!"

"Beautiful, family owned and operated hotel just steps from the port and tons of restaurant. Very accommodating, decorated nicely, AC worked great in our rooms. Very safe, even thru the night. We travelled with our 3 young children and had a wonderful time."

"Great location and beach but room was less than desirable but didnt spend much time there so made do. Could not leave the room without walking thru sand so nights out, you still had to go thru sand being dressed for the evening."

"If you’re looking to relax, enjoy great food, and take in beautiful views, this is the perfect hotel. If you’re looking to party, this probably isn’t the place for you. The rooms are beautiful, the food is delicious, and the service is excellent. Everyone who works there goes above and beyond to make sure you’re well taken care of. We absolutely loved our stay and will definitely be coming back!"

"My room #25 had a nice view of the courtyard, the pool, abd some ocean viewm. The king size bed was very comfortable. The only thing that I could say was that the bathroom sink faucet needed an aerator. When turned on, some water spray would get on the counter. Otherwise, it was an excellent experience."
