"What a magical place. The road to get there isn't gravel. It's muddy and has mud puddles on the way. But I was able to get there in a compact car just fine. This place is well worth it."

"tout était parfait"

"Food is 10/10"

"They went above and beyond to help after issues with room on day of arrival. Food was good, room was great, staff overall friendly and helpful but there were times that they were definitely overwhelmed/understaffed during busy eating hours. Not uncommon to wait for 30 minutes or longer from kitchen at especially busy times."

"Location is great; beachfront as well as within walking distance to all. The hotel is safe and clean."

"We had a great experience"

"The resort itself was beautiful, and the pool was nice, but it would have been great to have music playing throughout the day to create a more fun atmosphere. Unfortunately, the food was mediocre at best. The buffet was probably the best dining experience we had. The staff, however, was excellent—friendly, attentive, and always willing to help. The sports bar was probably the best place to hang out, but even there, entertainment was very limited, with little to keep the energy or party going....

"The rooms are clean and nice, the “albatross” restaurant is really good, and the Mexican one also. Don’t even bother on trying the Italian one, food is really bad and attention is worse. The staff is not the most friendly, and I went with a friend of mine and my daughter, and the ladies at the lobby were asking inappropriate questions. Also, the waiting line for check in is too much."

"The staff are very familiar with us"

"The resort staff was amazing!! The food was great, the speed was even better, water temperature really good!! Bars inside the pool were super cool, whole family had a blast!! I have 0 complaints. We will definitely go back."

"Good place for youger party crowd. A lot of noise from the street if your rooms out front. Plumbing and water pressure lousy. Had to ask for toilet paper."

"Eh"

"Overall was a really great stay they only downfall was the diamond package is not 24 hours and the premium liquor is only at select bars"

"It was genuinely so beautiful but there wasn’t any fun on the resort"

"Excelente servicio, 100% recomendado"
