"Very comfortable"

"I would definitely stay there again"

"The staff was kind, and the complimentary breakfast was really good. I was traveling with a friend and we were able to get a room with 2 Queen beds. I also liked that I was able to catch a shuttle to and from the airport for free. However, when I tried to check out, no one was at the front desk. After waiting for about 20 minutes, I had to leave to catch the shuttle to the airport. I had to send a message through Expedia to ask them to check me out."

"If you're a light sleeper be forewarned the HVAC is loud, at least it was in my room. I was woken by it several times in the night. No issues with traffic noise. Easy to reach and convenient to transit. Staff were able to get me into my room early which was greatly appreciated."

It was immaculate, warm and the bed was very comfortable. We visit Morristown as often as we can and then we always stay at The Madison. A wonderful free breakfast every morning with everything that anyone want and plenty of it! The coffee, by the way, is the BEST and we ordered some after we returned home. We loved...

"Room was small as expected for a hotel room in manhattan, but clean. bed springs were loud and you can hear honking from the street. The area is relatively quiet though. You can hear everything from neighbors including door slamming, footsteps, and conversations. Staff were very nice overall. Location was convenient, by the 1 and not far from A/C."
