"Had a great stay here. Would def stay again. Super convenient to shops, the park, subways, and restaurants. And of course the opera house, where we saw ABT's Swan Lake. Beautiful! Pool is small and tucked away on a small platform with maybe a dozen loungers, only half of which were in the sun, and all but one of which had been "claimed" when we got there in the afternoon. If more loungers could be installed nearby that might nice to help expand the sun area. Only other note was that there wasn't anywhere to hang towels in the bathroom once used. If 2-4 hook could be installed behind the door, that would alleviate needing to find creative places to drape them in the room."

"Overall the hotel was great! Clean and spacious rooms, having a wet bar, served free breakfast, fast elevators, friendly staff, etc. The suites are perfect for travelling with the kids. They stayed in the bedroom and were able to close the door so they couldn't hear me snore. The couch was comfortable, I didn't even have to use the pull out bed. The only compaint was the beds were full size beds and small. My kids aren't big, but sharing a full size was cramped. And there didn't seem to be any outlets next to the bed. Otherwise everything was good. Also the hotel was convenient to get to the city or the stadium."

"The room was nice, loved the bathroom and view from the windows. Very clean and cozy. Would definitely recommend and return as a guest."

"The hotel reminds me of the Overlook Hotel in The Shining with the old carpet, elevator and accents. That being said, the room and bathroom are charming on their own. During our stay, our AC unfortunately broke down at 11:30 PM. The staff happily moved us from 3rd to 10th flr and it was the best room!!! It had 2 windows and more real estate. Staff were excellent. The neighborhood is so quiet and a perfect mix of tourists and locals. Food from Nice Matin was delicious (get the package if you can). i would rebook this hotel again next time I’m in NYC. "

"As long as you walk fast and don't walk around late at night you should be fine. The area is pretty noisy and dirty. "
