"Staff was very friendly and helpful, I didn’t get the lady”s name at the front desk, but she helped us twice with the subway as we had never used it before and we were very grateful for that. The only negative thing and I would say is that there was strawberry ice cream in our fridge when we arrived from the previous guest"

Location is great for visiting museum mile with crosstown bus stop steps from the front door and the subway in the next block to travel up or downtown, or to and from Penn Station. Excellent restaurant Nice Matin on site and a 15% discount for breakfast and afternoon Apero (happy hr) featuring generous complimentary hors d'oeuvres."
