"We've stayed at this hotel several times and always had a great experience. The hotel is comfortable, clean, and central. However, on our last stay, the hotel staff definitely went above and beyond. After checking out, we took a cab to the airport, and, accidentally left one of our cell phones in the cab. The hotel staff were instrumental in making sure the cell phone was returned to us.
