The neighborhood felt safe and had a nice atmosphere, with cafés, shops, and other amenities nearby. "We recently traveled to Switzerland and stayed at this hotel for four days. The overall service was excellent! The receptionist was very welcoming, and the hotel truly felt like home. Everything was well-organized, and our room was always cleaned while we were out for the day. "Big & clean room with plenty of space for 2. Nice big balcony as well! Beds were comfortable. Breakfast was included which was a big plus! There was a small refrigerator for storing food as needed - it worked for what we needed. We enjoyed the stay here - would recommend & would stay again!"

They are friendly and knowledgeable and really made a difference for our stay. The hotel design is also very elegant and the pool has a very nice view as well.
