Very pleasant stay at this hotel while in Interlaken. The hotel is kept up well and was very clean. The housekeeper for our floor was very friendly and helpful. All of the staff did a great job of taking care of anything we needed. We were able to store our luggage both the day we arrived and the day we left. The included breakfast had a good mixture of items. The room was spacious and had a good sized sitting area as well as plenty of room to store your clothes and luggage. Water bottles, coffee and a mini fridge were available. Due to unusually warm temperatures the air had already been shut off and the heat turned on but the staff made sure they got our room back to an enjoyable temperature. All staff members seemed to be trained to do all tasks so they were all great.

The hotel Krebs is an “ok” place. I wish reviewers were more honest about their experience. I booked this place thanks to the high ratings. The place is just average and to me it is an 8 instead of “9.2 loved by couples” that rating in un-truthful

This was our first hotel in Switzerland. Everyone was so warm and welcoming. The front desk could answer all of our questions about the area. Food was delicious. Oh, of course we HAD to have fondue. Delish! We would go back!

We booked our stay at the last minute. We were so thrilled with the accommodations. The room was pretty with a beautiful view and so plain. Front desk staff was so pleasant and helpful. There was a complementary buffet breakfast, which was delicious. We also had dinner at the hotel and the food was excellent. We are enjoyed our stay very much.

The hotel is very charming and right on the Main Street in Interlaken. The room was very good though the mattress was too soft for my taste. The staff was cordial and helpful. Interlaken prices are high so I would say the overall value was good to very good, though not great. Also, the hotel did provide tickets for free bus transportation in town. The included breakfast was very good too.

We stayed here for two nights. There was only one desk clerk that was friendly and helpful, the others we encountered were almost rude. We felt that the breakfast was not that great. One can order eggs by filling out a form near the kitchen door, and the chef comes out and verifies what you want exactly. (Which I did). We waited about twenty minutes and the buffet was getting ready to close. When I asked the "chef" where my eggs were, he said he didn't have a paper order from me, and I said I did and you and I reviewed it together. He said he didn't have it, and turned around and left. There is an extra charge for this, so at least we didn't get charged. The room was fine.

The air conditioning was great. The bed comfy and room clean. Good breakfast. Fantastic location for exploring on foot but quiet at night. Great service and friendly staff. We were lucky to get a parking space.

We had a good stay at the hotel but unfortunately the guests with the room just above ours seemed to be walking around their room a lot which coupled with the old age of the building was very annoying.

The front desk is lovely to speak with, each and every one of them!! They are so kind and helpful with whatever you need. The restaurant has excellent service - thanks Paula for all your help! :) we enjoyed our Raclette experience as well as the chocolate fondue!

The hotel is historic so parts of it are a little tired as expected; however, the rooms were clean and spacious for the area. The bed was amazingly comfortable! The air conditioning worked well, which was important for us since it was July. One staff member was super helpful and the other was awful. We asked him for a good pastry place and he recommended Dunkin Donuts! When I asked him about places that might work with my food allergies, he said “nowhere, because Swiss food is cheese and bread. Not helpful at all! However, the woman working was incredibly helpful and mapped out a day for us that really leveraged our time and was amazing! And it wasn’t too touristy, but a real recommendation to experience the area. We didn’t eat at the hotel restaurant so I can’t speak to the food quality. Overall good experience and I would probably stay there again.

Awesome experience at Hotel Krebs! Great amenities and accommodations. Great real A/C, and the included breakfast was good. Staff was really friendly and whenever we had a question, the staff had an answer! The history highlights in and about the hotel were a really cool touch! 10/10 highly recommended for anyone staying in Interlaken!

I liked this hotel and location. The staff were very friendly. The hotel is a little dated but the beds were comfortable and water pressure strong. The AC was good, not great. Dinner in the restaurant was good. I’d skip the breakfast.
