"Got there to checkin and the guy manning the front desk could barely look up to say welcome. Just pointed to a self checkin kiosk. Later that night we mentioned the TV wasn't work properly and the person at the desk said they would need an engineer to fix it. There was also a constant "thump" sound every few minutes. Not sure it was construction or what Room service was good. Guest services was better after the first night. It was ok"

"This hotel is really a great location in downtown Chicago. Staff are so nice and helpful. Downside: you can hear some noises outside of the hotel like sirens but overall it was a nice place to stay"
